📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Denmark. Standard delivery times are:
Denmark: 2–5 business days
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it in real time.

At the moment, we ship only within Denmark to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm availability.

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link and number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey anytime.

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Absolutely! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Please contact us first for detailed return instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If something’s not right, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to acidolia@gmx.net including your order details and clear photos of the issue. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
